Creating continuous customer touchpoints for a better journey

Context

During my time with eBags and Wiland I designed multichannel campaigns for multiple customer touchpoints. At eBags we were primarily promotions focused, driving awareness of the latest sales and converting on site. At Wiland we launched Grand Giraffe, so our job was to drive awareness of our brand and what the offering was through email, social, and paid media.
